We only deliver to Boston area in the following Zip code

Zone A - $10
02108, 02109, 02110, 02111,
02113, 02114, 02115, 02116,
02118, 02127, 02199, 02210

Zone B - $15
02120, 02122, 02125, 02129,
02141, 02142, 02215

We do not deliver to P.O. Box Address


Time of delivery

We make a delivery from 11.00 am to 6:00 pm except Sunday or in case of emergency such as severe weather. In such case, the delivery will be made in the following day.


Same-Day delivery

To ensure a timely delivery, please order at least 4 hours prior to expected time of delivery and 2 hours before the time of pick up.


Holidays

During time of holiday, we may expected a high volume of orders. Please order 2 days prior to the holiday so the gift is done with great care and in a timely manner.


Phone Contacts

Contact numbers of customer and recipient are needed in time of ordering in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery.


Leave item at door

Request may be made by customer or recipient in case the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. We will try our best to put item in the safest available spot with information. Please understand the customer is held responsible for the item.


Refusal of delivery

In such a very rare situation that recipient refused the delivery, the customer is held fully responsible for the cost of the item.


Incorrect address

We will contact the customer if the delivery is made to incorrect address provided by the customer for the new delivery address. There is a correction fee of $10.
